Objectives and basics of processing.
We will process your personal data included in the form solely for the purpose of recruitment and cooperation.

Legal basis for processing
The data will be processed on the basis of the consent of art. 6 lit. and GDPR[1]

Recipients of personal data.
We do not share the transferred data with other entities.

The period of data storage.
We will process your personal data for six months from the date of submission and will be removed.

Rights of data subjects.
According to GDPR, you are entitled to:

1. a) the right to access their data;
2. b) the right to rectify (amend) their data;
3. c) the right to delete your personal data,
4. d) the right to limit data processing;
5. e) the right to file a complaint to the President of the GDPR (to the address of the Office for Personal Data Protection, 2 Stawki St., 00-193 Warsaw)

Information about the requirement to provide data.

Providing your personal data in this form is voluntary but necessary to participate in recruitment. Information on transfer to a third country and profiling. The administrator has no intention of transferring personal data to a third country or to an international organization. When processing personal data, no decisions regarding you will be made automatically and no profiles will be created, which means that no actions referred to in art. 22 par. 1 and 4 GDPR.
